Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the MMA Fight Advisor affiliate program, operated by 300 Sports Analytics, LLC ("we", "us"). By applying, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and approval
1.1 You must be 21 or older and legally able to enter this arrangement.
1.2 We approve applications at our discretion and may decline without giving a reason.
1.3 You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship, and you may not represent yourself as speaking for us.
1.4 Before your first payout you must provide a completed W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (non-US).
2. Your term
2.1 Approval enrolls you for 90 days, starting on the date we issue your code.
2.2 Terms renew automatically for further 90-day periods unless either side gives notice at least 14 days before the current term ends.
2.3 We may decline to renew if, at review, any of the following is true: no content featuring your code or link was published during the term; fewer than three paying referrals were acquired during the term; or fewer than half of that term's referrals are still paying. For a first term, only the first condition applies.
2.4 Non-renewal stops new referrals from being credited. It does not affect commissions already earned or still running under section 3.
3. Commission
3.1 We pay 50% of the subscription revenue we collect from each member you refer, for the first six months of that member's subscription.
3.2 A monthly subscription at $29 therefore pays up to $87 in total. An annual subscription at $200 pays $100, in four quarterly instalments of $25.
3.3 Commission is earned on revenue collected, never on sign-ups, registrations, or periods of access before a first charge.
3.4 A commission becomes payable 30 days after we collect the payment it is based on. Payable commissions are paid on the 15th of the following month, or the next business day where the 15th falls on a weekend or US public holiday.
3.5 We pay when your balance reaches $25. Any remaining balance is paid in full when your participation ends.
3.6 If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed, and any remaining instalments on an annual subscription stop. Reversals are offset against future payouts.
3.7 Referrals are credited through your link and your code. Where both a link and a code are present, the code decides.
3.8 You may not earn commission on your own subscription or on subscriptions bought by anyone acting on your behalf.
3.9 Referrals made during an active term continue to pay out for their full six months, including after your participation ends, except where section 7 applies.
4. Your complimentary membership
While you are in the program we provide a Premium membership at no charge. It ends when your participation ends.
5. How you may promote
5.1 Organic promotion is permitted on the platforms where you publish: video, audio, written, live, your own site or newsletter, and communities you run.
5.2 Paid advertising is permitted, provided that you tell us in advance which channels you are running, comply with each platform's advertising policies, and hold any certification those policies require. Advertising accounts, spend and any resulting restrictions are yours, not ours.
5.3 You may not bid on our brand name or domain in search advertising, list codes on coupon or deal sites, send unsolicited messages, or promote to people under 21.
5.4 You may not post in communities whose rules prohibit promotion.
5.5 We may ask you to pause a specific campaign or creative. Requests will be specific and in writing, and are usually about avoiding competition with our own campaigns or about claims in the creative.
6. Disclosure and language
6.1 You must clearly disclose that the relationship is paid, within the content itself rather than only in a description, bio or comment. On platforms with a disclosure control, such as YouTube's paid-promotion setting, you must also use it.
6.2 Keep claims to what can be shown. The model's record is public, and statements about the service should point to it rather than beyond it. You may not state or imply a financial outcome from using the service, including claims about winnings, returns, recovered losses or guaranteed results.
6.3 Please describe us as an analytical service rather than a sportsbook, a tipster service, or a source of "picks", "tips" or "locks".
6.4 We provide approved copy and brand assets. Use the assets as supplied, without altering the logo or creating materials that appear to be published by us.
6.5 You are responsible for complying with the law where you publish, including advertising-disclosure rules such as the FTC Endorsement Guides in the US.
7. Suspension and removal
7.1 We may suspend or remove you for a breach of these terms, for content that misrepresents the service, or for referral activity we determine to be fraudulent.
7.2 On removal for breach, unpaid commissions are forfeited and future commissions stop, including on referrals already made.
7.3 You may leave at any time by telling us. Commissions already earned are paid on the normal schedule.
8. Rankings and independence
Some pundits whose records we track publicly are also affiliates. Participation in this program has no effect on any ranking or on how a prediction is scored. Rankings are produced automatically from logged calls.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect at the start of your next term, and we will tell you at least 14 days before. Continuing in the program after that date means you accept them.
10. Liability and governing law
10.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the commissions payable to you in the three months before the claim.
10.2 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
