1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and 300 Sports Analytics, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), which operates the website at mmafightadvisor.com under the brand MMA Fight Advisor (the "Site"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You accept these Terms when you check the box indicating your agreement at registration or checkout. Your continued use of the Site after that point reaffirms your acceptance.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended only for individuals who are at least 21 years of age and located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet both requirements. We may decline service, suspend, or terminate any account that does not. The 21-and-over requirement is our own eligibility condition for using this Site; it is not a representation about the legal age to wager in any jurisdiction.

3. What the Site Is — and Is Not

MMA Fight Advisor is a pure editorial and informational publisher. We publish our own mixed martial arts news, analysis, and fight predictions, and we display aggregated betting odds and related figures sourced from third parties for general information only.

To be unambiguous about what we do not do:

  • We are not a sportsbook, casino, gaming operator, broker, dealer, exchange, or prediction market, and we hold no license from any gaming or financial authority.
  • We do not accept, place, solicit, facilitate, broker, direct, settle, or otherwise enable any wager, bet, trade, or transaction on any event, and we do not hold, transmit, or have access to any user's gambling funds or account.
  • We have no affiliate, referral, revenue-share, or commercial relationship with any sportsbook, casino, prediction market, or other gambling operator, and we do not link out to any such operator for the purpose of placing wagers.
  • Any odds, lines, prices, or probabilities shown on the Site are third-party information provided for reference only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the sportsbooks, exchanges, or prediction markets whose figures may be referenced, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that information.

4. No Betting, Financial, or Professional Advice; No Guarantee of Outcomes

Everything on the Site is opinion and general information. It is not betting advice, investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or professional advice of any kind, and it creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and us.

Our predictions and analyses concern uncertain future events and are inherently subject to error. We make no guarantee of any outcome, result, win rate, return, or level of accuracy. Any description of our model's past performance is historical and illustrative only; past performance does not predict or guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including any decision to wager, and for ensuring that any activity you undertake is legal where you are located. We are not responsible for any loss you incur in connection with gambling or any decision informed by the Site.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe present a security, legal, or fraud risk.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, Automatic Renewal, and Cancellation

Some content requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we do not receive or store your full payment card number.

Recurring billing and automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions are automatically renewing. The price, billing frequency, and any trial or introductory terms are shown to you at checkout, before you subscribe, and we confirm them after you subscribe. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method, on a recurring basis, the price and at the frequency shown at checkout, until you cancel. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method will be charged automatically, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Free trials and introductory offers. If we offer a free trial or introductory-price offer, we will disclose, at the point you sign up, its length, the price that applies when it ends, the date your first full charge will occur, and how to cancel before that charge. Unless you cancel before the trial or introductory period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the price shown.

How to cancel. You may cancel at any time, without charge for future periods, through our payment processor's billing portal, or by contacting us at support@mmafightadvisor.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then.

Price changes. We will give you advance notice of any change to your recurring price and the opportunity to cancel before it takes effect.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial or unused portion of a subscription period. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges, as described above, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except to the extent a refund is required by applicable law and cannot be waived.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, mine, or use any automated means to access, extract, or collect the Site's content, including our predictions, analysis, and any compiled odds tables;
  • reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent;
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with any access control, paywall, rate limit, or security feature;
  • use the Site to break any law, to facilitate any wager we do not offer (we offer none), or to infringe anyone's rights; or
  • disrupt or impose an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including our predictions, written analysis, the predictive model and its methodology, text, graphics, layout, and the MMA Fight Advisor name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Odds, lines, names, and marks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Content, Links, and Services

The Site may reference or display information from third parties (including odds and related figures) and may use third-party services such as Stripe and "Sign in with Google." Third-party content is provided "as is" and we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

10. Responsible Gambling

If gambling is causing you or someone you know harm, help is available. Please see our Responsible Gambling page and the resources it lists, including the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700. The Responsible Gambling page is provided for general informational and harm-reduction purposes only; it is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed professional.

11. Accessibility

We aim to make the Site usable by as many people as possible and work toward conformance with recognized accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA). If you encounter a barrier to accessing any part of the Site, please contact us at support@mmafightadvisor.com so we can assist and address it.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any prediction, odds figure, or other content is accurate or current.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or gambling or trading losses, arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 300 Sports Analytics, LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Informal Resolution First

Before either you or we start any formal legal proceeding (other than a small-claims action), the complaining party will send the other a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought — for notices to us, to legal@mmafightadvisor.com or the mailing address in Section 20 — and the parties will then try in good faith to resolve the matter informally for 30 days. This step is a condition to bringing a formal proceeding, but it does not limit your right to use small-claims court, and it does not shorten any deadline set by law.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or an on-Site notice) and, for active paid subscribers, we will obtain renewed agreement before the change applies to them. For non-material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after a non-material change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

18. Termination

You may stop using the Site and cancel your subscription at any time (see Section 6). We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 4, 7, 8, and 12 through 16 — will survive.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
