MMA Fight Advisor, operated by 300 Sports Analytics, LLC (Wyoming)

Effective June 1, 2026. Last updated May 26, 2026.

1. Introduction

300 Sports Analytics, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at mmafightadvisor.com under the brand MMA Fight Advisor (the "Site"). The Site provides mixed martial arts news, analysis, and fight predictions. Some of this content is free, and some is available by paid subscription.

The Site is intended for residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age. We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, or settle wagers, and we hold no license from any gaming authority. Any information we publish concerning betting odds or outcomes is provided for general informational purposes only.

This policy explains what personal information we collect about you, how we use it, the parties with whom we share it, and the choices available to you.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information.

Account and subscription information. When you register, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in using Google, Google provides your name and verified email address to us. We also retain your subscription level and payment history. We do not store your full payment card number; Stripe processes payments, and the complete number does not reach us.

Usage and device information. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect your IP address and the approximate location (city or region) derived from it, your device type and browser, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits.

Advertising and measurement information. We advertise on Facebook, Instagram, and Google and use their measurement tools on the Site, namely the Meta Pixel and Google's advertising tags. These tools collect identifiers and record your activity on the Site, such as whether you registered after clicking one of our advertisements. Section 4 describes this practice in more detail.

3. How We Use Information

We use the personal information described above for the following purposes:

  • to provide and secure the Site and to operate your account;
  • to process subscription payments and send account-related messages, such as receipts and renewal notices;
  • to respond to your support requests;
  • to confirm that visitors meet the 21-and-over requirement, and to detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
  • to analyze how the Site is used so that we may improve it;
  • to send marketing email to subscribers who have opted in, from which you may unsubscribe at any time;
  • to operate and measure our advertising, as described in Section 4; and
  • to comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

4. How We Share Information; Cookies and Advertising

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration, and we are not a data broker. We do not purchase, rent, or sell contact lists. We share personal information with the service providers and partners that assist us in operating and promoting the Site:

  • Stripe processes payments. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe, and we receive only limited transaction data, such as the last four digits of the card and whether the charge succeeded. See stripe.com/privacy.
  • Google provides "Sign in with Google" and, separately, advertising and measurement services. See policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Meta provides advertising and measurement on Facebook and Instagram. See facebook.com/privacy/policy.
  • Hosting and analytics providers keep the Site running and report aggregate usage to us. They act only on our instructions.

To deliver and measure our advertising, we share customer data with third parties, including Google and Meta, so that they may perform advertising and measurement services on our behalf. The Meta Pixel and Google's advertising tags operate on the Site and collect information about your device and your activity here. Google and Meta may combine this information with information they collect about you on other websites and over time, and may use it to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you interest-based advertisements, including advertisements shown to you because of your prior visits to the Site. In some cases we provide a platform with a hashed (that is, scrambled) version of an email address so that the platform can match you and deliver our advertising. Google and other vendors use cookies to serve advertisements based on your prior visits to the Site.

The Site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, basic first-party analytics cookies, and the advertising cookies and pixels described above. You may manage cookies through your browser settings.

Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. Because no common industry standard governs how such signals should be treated, we do not respond to them.

Tracking across other websites. As a result of the advertising tools described above, third parties, including Meta and Google, may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site.

We may also disclose personal information where necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request, to protect the rights or safety of any person, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.

5. Your Choices

Advertising. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through Meta's ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences and Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com, and through the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. You may also limit cookies through your browser settings.

Account information. You may review and update your account information in your account settings or by contacting us.

Marketing email. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, which we honor.

6. Children

The Site is intended only for adults who are at least 21 years of age and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete it, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Site after a revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
